Customers are showing as unsubscribed in the database but they did not click to unsubscribe.

I have a customer who I know did not unsubscribe from our marketing emails, but now it shows unsubscribed and there is no way for me to change it. Also, I unsubscribed my personal email to see if I would get notification in our square marketing (which I did for me, but not anyone else who is mysteriously unsubscribed now), and I can not re-subscribe to my own emails.  I went through the square profile and it says the email was sent to me but I did not get it.  I am extremely frustrated with a paid service that doesn't work.

Sorry for the frustration here. I'd recommend reaching out to our direct CS team who can take a closer look and file a ticket for you if need be.

 

I'm not sure if any other sellers are gonna be able to assist with this here from the Seller Community.
