Created payment link while in Dashboard later either is greyed out or disappears, why won't it stay?
When I am on the Square Dashboard editing my item, I usually immediately create a payment link to sell by Social Media, email or my website. I usually share this link immediately to Pinterest, but my primary reason is to share the item on my website. However, within minutes, if I scroll back up to the top of the page of my items many of those links will suddenly show as greyed out or missing. I am trying to determine why they go away? I want them to be there. I am usually in the process of going thru editing many items that have been quickly added via my phone, so I have to edit a lot of details so that the item will be listed on Social Media channels, so I am using my laptop to do all this, invariably the link greys out or disappears and requires me to continually go back and redo the payment link over and over. HELP!

We also use payment links - cannot say that we have encountered the issue you have run into. If you can provide some more info that would be helpful. For example, what type of laptop - Windows or Mac ? Which web browser are you using ? Have you tried refreshing your web browser (deleting history, cache, temp files, etc., then closing the web browser and trying again) ? Also have you tried other web browsers ? Sorry for the questions but, having more info may help other community members here offer some suggestions. Please understand that the volunteers here are not the same as Tech or Customer Support - we cannot look at user accounts and/or setups. If you have tried refreshing your browser or tried other web browsers and the issue still persists, you may want to contact Support for additional assistance. Just a note, I did check this site for any Square system issues, did not find anything that would be relevant. (The site is always a good place to check when you run into strange issues that hasn't happened before.)

Howdy there @kvjewelry 👋,
@JK_Fiber_Art is absolutely right—providing more details about the issue will help us investigate and resolve it more quickly, or suggest troubleshooting steps for you to try.
In the meantime, we have a few troubleshooting steps available in our online guide for issues with viewing payment links. I recommend trying these first. If the problem continues, please let us know, and we’ll be happy to assist you further.
