Contactless Reader and Backup Mag Reader

Hi - I see the contactless reader comes with a backup mag reader, but can’t see if it is headphone jack, lightning or both, or choose. 
Can I get contactless reader with a lightning back up mag reader? That’s what I need.

The backup reader is the magstripe reader for the headphone jack. There's not a way to switch this out to do the lightning one instead.
