Can I remove delivery estimates?

Our delivery time varies by day so we have a chart set-up to tell customers when they will get delivery.  This doesn't match up with the estimates that square calculates as I can't do custom settings for each day.  Can I just remove the auto estimates so customer don't see a delivery time and don't get confused?

Hey @chaya143 and welcome to the Community.

 

There isn't a way to remove delivery estimates altogether but you could adjust your prep times each day as needed. 

 

Check out this Support Center article that goes over how to set up your order timing and scheduling. This can be updated each day if need be.

We are a small nonprofit and we aren't in the office 5 days a week.  We want people to be able to choose curbside pick up but we need to speak with them directly to make arrangements.  I can't get rid of the default estimated pick up time that shows up on the confirmation page and in the confirmation emails.  I can't commit to an order being ready in 2 business days or 15 minutes.

I moved your post to another thread where another seller had a similar question but with Delivery.

 

There's not a way to do exactly what you're looking for here but the prep time can be adjusted as I mentioned above.

 

Check out this Support Center article on adjusting these prep times.
