Best use cases for retail verticals

I am in the alcohol retail business. We sell wine, liquor, and beer. There are deposits, multiple taxes, multi-level discount rules, bulk case breakdown to smaller units, etc that are more specific to the business. I'm sure this is true for other retail verticals.

Is there a specific area, group, or tag that discusses, demonstrates, or shares best use cases and practices for specific retail verticals?

Most of the specific retail verticals connect with each other in individual threads, so there isn't really a group other than the Retail and eCommerce group.
