After subscribing to square for retail my square register stopped communicating with printer

Is anyone having issues with Square Register running Square for Retail not communicating with printer and cash drawer? I just subscribed for Square for Retail and after loading it into Square Register the printer stopped working. No printer or cash drawer can be found. I have followed all the instructions, even did a factory reset but still not working. Any input?

Hey there @FERNELLIE

 

Sorry to hear your trouble connecting hardware to your Register. Usually a factory reset does the trick and fixes most issues but it looks like we need to try something different. 

 

Mind reaching out to the Hardware Team so they can comb through the software on the back-end and find the root issue? Feel free to come back here and let us know how it goes in case other Sellers are running into the same issue.
