screen online showing sale price next to price

This is extremely strange. I have been adding info to my online items and so far two items are showing a different screen than the other items. Under the item name shows price and then sales price. This is not on the other item screens and I've looked over everything and nothing is entered different. Please help me figure out what is wrong and how I can get this fixed. I want to get my site back up by the weekend if possible. I am attaching a screen shot of my issue. Thanks for your question, @bbutler222. Does the item that does not show price and sale price have variations? If you set up variations for the item, then those fields are moved down to each individual variation.

Wondering if you can help me a little further. I may have to call support. I have been going into each item to add photos descriptions and to make the item available. Sometimes the visible and unavailable buttons are grayed out and I can't click on them. When I go back to my dashboard items that same item no longer has the cost field filled in, it is blank. It was filled in before I clicked on the item screen in the online store. So it seems I have another problem or two. Have you seen this happen?

Hey @bbutler222!

 

The only time I've seen this occur is when save isn't being pressed. It sounds a little buggy. Would you mind calling our Support Team? With a bit more details, they can file a ticket with our Engineering Team to look into it further.

Thanks Isabelle! I did end up contacting them and it's been some time since they have been working on it so it seems it is a bigger issue than I thought. Fingers crossed they can find out today what is going on.
