restaurant KDS setup 3rd party integration

I have put my information in the 3rd party integration set up twice now and it says they will contact me within 24 business hours and have yet to hear back.  Is there another way to contact them?  We need help setting up our KDS system and also our online ordering.  We currently write orders on note pads and send them to the kitchen.

What kind of 3rd party integration are you trying to set up? 

 

To be fully transparent, integrations can be tricky since we cannot see into their side of the integrations. But I am happy to help where I can on our side.

I found it on this website.  I am to busy set this up the way it needs to be so I'm looking for someone to set up the register and online sales.

 

It would be great if you could answer a couple questions for me...

 

1. Cutomer would say:  I would like a large fry 

written: FFLG

I would then ask: Would you like fry sauce?

written: FFLGfs (the FS it superscript)

Cutsomer: I want 2 frysauce

written: FFLG 2fs

 

I used the time card function before starting the restaurant trial but now I cant find it.  Is it an upgrade?

Ah okay, @RPDI123. Apologies, I am still confused by what you're needing with the first part of your post. Are you wanting those prompts or options whenever you're checking out a customer? 

There are options for timecards with Square Shifts, but there are differences when it comes to the free vs. plus version. Check out this Support Article with some more information and a table on what each has to offer.
