Trying to transfer over our business and every time we begin the process it pops up this message,
"Transfer of account not available
This account has an active Square Payroll subscription or has started signing up for Square Payroll in the past. Please call Square Payroll Support for help completing this account transfer. Learn more."
We spoke to customer service and they said they had to go on the back end and correct it. They said I was good and to check back in 15 minutes.
Its now two weeks and still get the same message.
Anyone else have this issue?
