Square for Restaurants on Square Register remove item from check

The recent update to Square for Restaurants on Square Register has a change that makes things worse rather than better. 

When adding an item to the check, it used to be a simple swipe left to remove a mistake or remove an item when the customer changed his/her mind.  With the new update, it takes at least 3 button presses in three different dialogs to do the same thing.  That is far less than ideal in a fast-paced ordering environment. 

Please add back the ability to swipe to remove a pending item from a check as soon as possible.

I agree, this is too many steps when in a hurry to process a line of people, especially to edit the item to modify toppings, etc.
