Square Kiosk Ineligible Message

Hello,

I have purchased the kiosk hardware and cannot get logged in to start setup, I cannot generate a device code to use. I have downloaded the Square Kiosk App on the ipad. At this point, I have spent hours on the phone with tech support, many emails back and forth with email tech support and they have not been able to help either. The documentation that was sent is basic at best, but I feel it shouldnt be this difficult to make this work. Does anyone know HOW to get past this message? I have tried undocking the ipad, with the ipad in the kiosk hardware and no luck. I get this message that I am ineligible for the kiosk experience. This is after I select the Kiosk tab in the dashboard, and clicking the GET KIOSK button and selecting my location.  Help!
