Self-serve QR missing features

Recently implemented self-serve QR codes at our cafe. We like it for the most part but there are a few missing features we'd love to see in future (hopefully soon) updates that would help streamline our operations. If these features are already implemented and I'm just blind, please let me know where I can go to access them!

• minimum order (so our staff isn't running around delivering $3 coffees) -- I know this is available for pick up/delivery but I can't seem to find it for self-serve
• smart tipping option
• ability to adjust orders once placed (similar to uber/grubhub) instead of only cancelling
• ability for customers to leave order notes...but only if you implement order adjustment functionality
• ability to label an item as sold out/out of stock directly from the iPad/POS app
