Does anyone else have this issue. A while back Square changed the Create an Item menu to a popup. Scrolling the menu options is so dang buggy. It's not a smooth scroll, it's extremely frustrating. Scroll and wait for the menu to over scroll, then you have to scroll back in the opposite direction to hopefully get where you need to go. Boooooo

Hi there @brad83,
Thanks for reaching out to us with your feedback. This is certainly not the experience we want our Sellers to have when attempting to create items using Square for Restaurants!
I'm assuming this issue is occurring when you're using the Square for Restaurants app. Are you able to include a video recording showing this behaviour in your reply?
This is something I'd be happy to flag with our team so we can get some eyes on this for you.

Thank you! This occurs when I use the dashboard to create menu items. I have tried on a variety of computers, all with the same result. Let me know if this link is accessible. This is a screen recording of a normal mouse scroll , even and consistent, as if you are scrolling google search results or something. Check out how jumpy the screen is as I scroll down the page

Thanks for including your screenshot, @brad83!
In reaching out to my team for similar reports here, we've been unable to find other cases reporting this issue. While I don't have as many categories or variations set up in my test account as you do in your example, I'm unable to replicate the jumping on the 'Create an Item' page. I would be surprised if that is contributing factor though!
Given we're a little limited to testing with your Square Account via the Seller Community platform, I would encourage you to reach out to our Support Centre at this point first to see if they are able to replicate this behaviour on their end.
If they can, and a solution isn't able to be offered immediately, the case will then be escalated to our Engineering Team for further troubleshooting.
In the meantime, I can suggest general troubleshooting, such as testing this on another device to rule out the potential of the issue being device-specific.
If you'd like to speak with our Support Team by phone, you can give us a call at 1-855-700-6000 between 6 am - 6 pm Pacific Time Monday - Friday. If you call outside of these hours, you will be required to enter your Customer Code to validate your account.
