Sales Report changed after hours.

On Saturday, an employee issued a sales report on 8/22 10:11PM, with a total of $1009.88. This seemed wrong, so we ran it again today 8/24 5:10PM and the total was instead $1262.42. A number of items had different quantities, and the credit card total had changed from $320.70 to $573.24. 

 

Does it take some credit cards longer to process? What could cause this discrepancy? It's important for us to get accurate reports.

Hey there, @Lenny

 

I just want to check a couple of things about your Report. 

 

Do you have your Close of Day set on your Dashboard? If you don't and it's outside you operating hours, this can initially throw off the totals. 

 

Also, did you have any refunds issued during that time?
