Removing Square for Restaurants and re-setting Startup Guide
When I log into my dashboard, my account is set-up for Square for Restaurants. I want to remove this and start fresh.
Square for Restaurants is removed from my Subscriptions page.
My POS is set you up for Standard.
But my dashboard is still showing Menus, Order, etc. APPs and my green Startup Guide button at the top drives me to set-up Square for Restaurants.
My goal: Remove all Square for Restaurant software and start fresh with the Standard set-up.

Hello @Sunnygold.
If you have downloaded the Square App to your cell phone or tablet, get started by sign in to your account. I recommend going through the SetUp Guide for it to go away. When it comes to Square for restaurants, this is a subscription that is added to your Square account and may need to be canceled for it to fully go away. However, this should not stop you from using your regular POS. You can open your Square Items by going to your Item Library, and start selling like normal. If you continue to experience the same issues, I recommend you contact our Customer Success team here, to take a closer look at your account.

Hello, I have a similar question and wonder if the OP was able to remove their subscription. When I go to my pricing and subscription page, it says that I have the Square for Restaurants FREE version installed, and there is no option to "manage" or "unsubscribe." The only option is to upgrade to the paid version, which I do not want to do. How do I remove the free restaurant features from my dashboard? I don't want the extra fields such as "kitchen facing name," etc. Please help!

I went ahead and requested to have you removed from Restaurants Free. This can take up to 1-2 business days to complete. If this doesn't work, I recommend reaching out to our Support Team, so they can get your request escalated.

Hello! I also would like to be removed from Restaurants. We had thought to do an online ordering thing.... but we are going a different way. How can I also get mine removed?

I also subscribed by mistake on the restaurant option and there is no option that I can see for cancellation, is there any other way?
