We've been having some issues that the Order Ready Text stops working when it gets busy and customers aren't receiving their text. This seems to be a recurring issue when there are a lot of orders at once. We also have QR orders constantly coming through the KDS on busy nights, plus in person orders where we utilize the Order Ready Text.
