Online Ordering for Food Trucks

Hi Square Team,

I Wanted to recommend an idea to better service Food Trucks through your company. We love the fact that you provide superior service through POS for the Food Truck Community. However as our society has adjusted and evolved through the Covid epidemic. Many customers are looking to do timed pick up with the food trucks.

I do not see anything like this with-in Sq. Yes you have online Ordering however I am unable to designate it through a certain event.

Recently we have been using Sign-Up Genius. It is ok. It does not do exactly what we need it to do. It would be wonderful if SQ was able to offer a similar platform and also keep our sales with in the same company! All of our sales in one place, one plat form with in ease.

It would be very similar to your online ordering system now however multi layered.

Guests would receive a link with designated time slots for their personal event (the host would be able to cap this off). From there they would be prompted to select the product they wish to order. It would be priced out just as the online system is now. Submit and pay!.

The host (Us the Food Truck) Would then see on the back end time slots and orders.

I believe SQ really built a good foundation on Food Trucks. I think you would have many clients who would benefit from this service in the end of course bringing more money to SQ.

With Covid, online ordering, & food truck demand on the rise this could be a good move on your part.
