Modifiers missing from Dashboard Items menu (Square for Restaurants)

I need to make a change to a couple of my modifiers but when I go to the modifier page they are not listed (see below)

But I actually have 10 modifier sets that are in use. I can still see them in Items (see below), but I can't modify them.

Any ideas?

This does sound off, but it's difficult to pinpoint what may be happening without looking at your account and settings with you, which we aren't able to do via the Seller Community.
