Locking app on iPad and restricting access on the app so clients can't see transaction data, etc?

Hello, I'm setting up an iPad with Square on it.

It will be a self-serve space for getting beverages and snacks. Is there a way to lock the iPad on the app screen and also a way to lock it so customers can't search through past transaction history, and other sensitive information? Ideally, the only screens they could go to would be where they select the items they want and to pay for their order. Thanks!

There is a guided mode for apple.  You can lock the tablet to one app and restrict parts of the screen. I have not done it with an apple product, but in my reasearch it was easier than the android tablets.

1. Lock the I-pad to square.

2. Lock out the screen aroung the menu key
