Kitchen Ticket Printer not working after Square update

We have a four Square POS iPads (Restaurant app) and one kitchen ticket printer. It's a Star SP742 impact printer, connected via ethernet.

 

Previously, everything worked. Nothing has changed on our end, except for one by one the Square Restaurant app has been updating on each iPad.

 

Now, every device that is updated, 3 out of 4, to where Printers is in a separate menu item instead of "Setup Hardware," those devices can no longer see the Kitchen Ticket printer.

 

The one remaining iPad that has not updated the Square Restaurant app still works with the Kitchen printer.

 

All devices are on the same network. I have restarted the app, rebooted the iPad, deleted the iPad from Square, deleted the app, and started again with a new device code. Nothing has been able to let me connect to the kitchen printer from any of the devices with an updated app. We will be hurting if the last iPad forces and update.

 

How can this be fixed?

If you've exhausted all that troubleshooting already, that'd really be all we could advise here from the Community since it's intended for seller to seller conversations.

 

It'd be best to give our Restaurants team a call to further troubleshoot or file a ticket for your account if need be.
