KDS troubles

I’m having a few issues with the KDS. 

* Why can’t we have all orders show and automatically be put in order of collection time? (Restaurant app was the first to organise the order manager but this has never been on the KDS). 

* No organisation of Self Serve orders. It just slaps them on the end of the line. You can choose to have only online orders or POS orders but self serve are always in with the online. Even if you use two screens, one for collection/timed and one for ASAP you still can’t have self serve orders show in a proper place. 

I’ve also recently had text start to show huge - so I can’t even see the name in an order and bits blanked out in the settings too 

On smallest text size - 22” screen!

This is a feature request and as always I recommend submitting it to our ideate board for Square KDS.

Now regarding the larger text issue, have you tried reinstalling the application? If so what else have you tried?

Also, for some reason, the image you added didn't upload correctly. Would you mind posting it again?

@JJ_ Been there, done that - a long time ago. Including echoing the feedback from when it was in beta. 

To be fair here, it's less of a 'feature' to request and just how it should have been set to start with. 

I've reset all of android. Reinstalled everything and also tried the beta app. All the same.

I see you... Well since you mentioned the beta app also has this behavior then I would recommend flagging it on the beta channel ;).

I wish I had more help for you. Will keep my eyes open in case I see any other reports or mentions of similar issues.
