I use Square for Restaurants and my Menu has a "Bottles for Here" section in my Menu POS Layout and a "Bottles To Go" section. I want to use the same Item for both places (Example item: Joe's Sparkling). Such that when you choose Joe's Sparkling from Bottles for Here and click on send, it prints the order ticket with Joe's Sparkling, Here. If I choose the same item in the Bottles to Go section, it should print Joe's Sparkling, To Go. It's okay for it to print on the receipt, too, but that isn't important. Therefore, the order ticket might say 2 Joe's Sparkling, Here and 4 Joe's Sparkling, To Go.
Currently, I'm doing it by creating two items, one called Joe's Sparkling (Open) and one called Joe's Sparkling (To Go). This won't work with our new inventory system.
I prefer users not have to click on here or to go, I'd like it there based on whether they choose it from the POS section "Bottles for Here" or "Bottles to Go".
How can this be accomplished?

@hooverdlh Make a modifier set that is "For Here" and "To Go" and set it as allow only 1 choice and the first is the default. Apply this to all of those items. Put the one you do the most as the first choice to make it faster for cashiers, but when it is to go, they just pick the second one.
If you want to make sure the cashier ALWAYS asks, just go in and customize on the item screen after you apply the modifier, and make it must pick 1 and max pick 1 and don't select either option, then the cashier will have to select it to move forward.
This should solve that for you very easily.

Thank you for the fast reply. This helps! It appears the modifier is at the Item level. Although it would be good to have it by menu section, this seems to work. Thanks!
