How do we adjust your availability hours? We need to start being open on a day that we were normally close, but we just need to change our hours.

Great question!

If you are processing in person and online orders, you'll need to ensure you're updating this information in the correct areas.

The first step would be to edit your location information so that your correct business hours are reflected on your receipts. To do this, navigate to your online Square Dashboard > Account & Settings > Business Information > Locations. Select the location you wish to edit and update the business hours section. Be sure to hit Save once you're done!

If you're also open for online orders, you'll need to ensure your fulfillment settings accurately reflect your availability. To check this after updating your location details, select Fulfillment on the left > Pickup & Delivery. Ensure your hours for each location are up to date and then select Save.
