How can I show Modifiers for an Item without requiring a minimum and without selecting Edit?

Does anyone know how to adjust settings in Square Up for Restaurants POS for an Item Modifier so that all the potential Modifier options automatically SHOW when an Item is selected WITHOUT requiring a minimum # of modifiers for the Item AND WITHOUT requiring the added step of selecting "Edit"?  In a restaurant, there are many Items that customers want modified, and others that customers do not want modified.  Right now, it seems that Square will only show Modifiers if EITHER a "Minimum" is set (which requires at least "1 option" to be selected after the Item is selected) OR the "Edit" option is selected. Of course, a "No Modifications" button could be added to a Modifer set, but, again, this adds steps to order entry and slows the process.  All of these scenario impose additional time consuming order entry steps.  Other POS systems allow an option to show Modifiers for an Item without the added step of selecting "Edit" without requiring the selection of any Modifiers, which speeds up order entry.

Straight from our Square Restaurants Specialists, they recommend toggling off Automatically add item to check found on the item level (either by clicking on an item in menus, or through the item library).

Yes.  What Justin said.  

When you are adding an item to your inventory, scroll all the way to the bottom of the item screen and click off the add automatically.  All modifier options will then show.. whether required or not.

Now if we could just get a way to arrange the modifiers without the default alphabetical order?  I would be a happier person.

In regards to customizing the order of your modifiers, you should be able to do this directly from your Dashboard:

Items > Modifiers > click the modifier set (which will open from the right side of screen) > Click and hold the three lines next to the modifier > drag and drop them in the order you desire.

@JustinC  - yes you're right.  I was talking more of being able to change the order of the modifier sets under an item.  I've figured out a work around by coming up with creative modifier set names to keep them in alphabetical order.... or sometimes use numbers.  Just wish I could move them around like we can the individual modifiers.
