Help with Error Screen
WE have gotten this error screen a few times. We are not running any Beta devices. It prevents us from closing the check and therefore we cannot run end of day. How do you resolve this?

Hi there, @DSander
This is definitely odd. I spoke with the team, and their first suggestion is to log out of app, restart device, then log back in.
Is the error message still showing? Please let me know when you have a chance so that I can circle back to the team.

Thanks. I fixed it by making the device a beta device and closing the check and then putting the device back to normal. Doing so made the device lose all its settings which was a pain to find out during service, so that's not a feasible fix for my staff. If it happens again I will try what you mentioned first.
