Happy Hour Discount Not Working Properly

We just opened our brewery on Friday and have the discount option set up for happy hour pricing.  For some reason, it is not working consistently.  I have it set to discount pints only from 2-5 pm.  The discount continued after 5 until I had to go in manually and delete the option.  I also added a "club member" option that automatically applied to everyone even though I didn't set up a schedule for it.  I need help!

Ahh sorry you had to go through that trouble @calcoastbeer

 

After you created those automatic discounts, did you try to log out and log back in to your Square account? Sometimes when those types of changes are made on your account, logging out and back in will update the changes that you've made.

 

The other things to check would be to make sure your device software is up to date as well as the POS app.

 

Give that a shot and let us know if everything starts calculating like it should!

@nika Thank you so much for your reply!  

 

I was actually able to figure it out after a few minutes.  I was making another discount automatic and it was overriding the happy hour discount I had set up.  I'm all good now and everything is working great!
