Hello, I am trying to track itemized sales on my nightly cash outs. For example, I sell burgers and the guests can choose beef, turkey or veggie patty with various different menu items (classic burger, bacon burger, mushroom etc). I want to be able to track these patties from when they are received in bulk to when they are sold.

Hi @KRICKARD, you should be able to do this! We'll just want to make sure that the burger patties have been added to your library in a trackable way. To be a little more clear, inventory management doesn’t track stock for item modifiers at this time - modifiers are a set of options that can be applied to an item, usually toppings or condiments. You'll want to make sure that your burger patties have not been added to your Item Library as modifiers.
Price points are multiple sizes or price variations for one item - this might work for your patties! If inventory management is turned on, you can view the total stock for all price points of an item from your dashboard by clicking an item to see its details. You would create your burger item, and create 3 item variations: beef, turkey or veggie patty. It could look something like this:
Please let us know here if you have any other questions about stock and inventory management!
