Getting an F or F5 added to each order coming in on Fresh KDS ordering system

An "F" or "F5" is coming up after each order that comes in from the main station where waitpersons put in the order.  The f or f5 is showing up in the kitchen on both screens, usually after the actual ticket item.  The order itself is not incorrect, it's just adding extra jibberish to the order.  Any ideas.  I haven't deleted and reloaded the app, but plan to try that today.

We are having the same issue. Looks to be coming up in the note section. Any luck with the delete and reload?

Figured it out, you just need to update to 3.0.52 or later I'm sure
