I have an Epson T88III, but it always shows that the WiFi connection is unsuccessful; I want to switch to Bluetooth connection, but I can't find the Bluetooth button in the software. What's going on?

We want to ensure your printer is connected! I don't see that exact model ( Epson T88III) on our Compatibility Page. If you aren't seeing Bluetooth in your Printer Settings in the app then that option isn't available for the model and the Square application. While you might have been able to connect the device previously. If your model isn't supported it could cause connection issues. I would reach out to Epson to investigate this further. Their support number is (562) 276-1314.
