Square Restaurants does integrate with the new Online Store, powered by Weebly, and the set up is a slightly different to the one Point of Sale (but thank you @ryanwanner!)
This article has the steps to set up your Online Store with Square for Restaurants from your online Square Dashboard.

It should! I use the regular Point of Sale app and all my orders print automatically to the kitchen as soon as they're created online, and since only the PoS app and Square for Restaurants support online ordering, I'm certain the same settings are available.
Not sure where in the settings it is in Restaurants, but in the PoS app there is a setting labeled "Remote Orders." Once you have the online store up and running that section should appear. Make sure the "Always Print Remote Orders" setting is turned on. The order will print just like if a server entered it in your store.
There will also be an Orders section somewhere in the app that will allow you to monitor all online orders. Be sure to hit the Mark Order as Ready button when the order is done: this will send a text message to the customer. (If they ordered off of Square's online store: not sure about any third party apps having that capability right now...) Once you hit the Done button (which takes the place of the Mark as Ready button once that's pushed), that's when the sale will appear in your transaction history.
Again, I'm familiar only with the Point of Sale app's version of online ordering. All the sections should be the same for Restaurants, but where exactly they are in that app I couldn't tell you.

Still does not help me print orders to the kitchen printer, and where do i see it on the square for restaurants ipad app?

Hi Helen,
I cannot set up my online store with square for restaurants. I don't have a subscription but have been using the square for restaurant POS just fine, but when I want to click on the online button to create an online store, it says, Your email is already associated with an account. Log in to continue. I do and they don't recognize the login info.
