Can I create a modifier to a modifier?
The title of this thread has been edited from the original: Modifiers
I am trying to set up modifiers for liquor drinks. I'd like to have a modifier to a modifier. For example, I'd like to have a button, liquor; then modifier set gin, vodka, bourbon, etc.; then under gin-brand name-barrs hill; st. george; gordons, etc. and the same for every spirit. Does anyone have any suggestions? Best way to do?

Unfortunately Square doesn't offer support for sub-modifiers yet. I know it's on their Feature Request list, but I don't think its planned for this year.
I have started making extensive use of the Variations and categories for item pricing to get around this. For your example, you could make a category of Liquor then an item in that category called Gin. Where you put the price in when setting up the item, click on Add Variation. You can then put all your brand names and specific pricing there.
