Adjusting Door Dash Menu Pricing

Hello,

 

We have Door Dash integrated with Square and I'm having trouble adjusting our menu pricing.  When we initially had it integrated, the Square team inflated our menu pricing on Door Dash to cover the associated fee's.

 

Adjusting menu prices on Door Dash results in having them revert back a day later.  I don't want to adjust my Square menu pricing as that affects our website prices and in store pricing.

 

I'm trying to adjust our menu pricing down in Door Dash but I am unable to figure how to do so without affecting our current pricing.  Has anyone had an experience like this?   Any help is appreciated!

Thanks for the link,  I was able to figure it out from there.

 

When I have chatted with Doordash over the phone they tell me it was a Square issue.  When I talk to Square over the phone they told me it was a Doordash issue.  When all else fails the forum are the way to go. Thanks

@Scoopsontap were you able to fix this? Are you allowed to set a different price per item on DD when integrated with Square? I've read that the pricing changes the next day. I don't want to integrate yet if inflating the price on DD isn't an option

Looking at the support article that Frances shared, it would seem that you can only adjust the pricing for order type, with individual item prices syncing directly from your Square Dashboard.

 

 

For further clarity on the limitations around adjusting prices or fees, and to confirm this information is accurate and up to date, I would suggest reaching out to DoorDash directly.
