We currently use the Delighted integration to send guests an email requesting feedback after visiting. Is there a way I can trigger an email from within Square to avoid Delighted, and then also activate the follow on automated campaign for Google Reviews?
The only time people are asked to leave feedback on square is with a digital receipt which we don't get many requests for these being a quick service restaurant and cocktail bar.
Our feedback is great, always 5 out of 5, but we aren't converting these to Google Reviews.
