When i go to accept a pymnt via credit card it keeps saying app is needed and i already have the squ
When I go to take a pymnt it says square app needed and I already have it downloaded
It just started doing this
So sorry because that sounds frustrating. I suggest contact Square Customer Support to see if there's been a recent glitch that might have happened in your area. Otherwise, I'm sure they can help correct this issue for this. They're number is [Redacted]. I hope this helps 🙂

I've not personally come across this error before. Is the issue still ongoing for you? If so, are you able to send through a screenshot of the error message you are receiving on your app?
The only thing I can think of is that your app may need updating. The best way to restart your app is to uninstall and reinstall it on your device. Before doing this, make sure you haven't processed any offline payments within the last 24 hours.
