I ordered my device September 3rd. Today is the 23rd and IT STILL HASN’T SHIPPED

I ORDERED MY DEVICE SEPTEMBER 3rd. I WAS TOLD TO WAIT 5-7 DAYS. AS OF TODAY IT HAS BEEN 20!!! AND NO RESPONSE OR ANSWER FROM SQUARE OTHER THAN “WAIT 5-7 DAYS”.

I can definitely understand why you are frustrated with this situation. I would be too. 

 

I have reached out to our hardware team to see how we can move forward with this. I am hoping we can get this resolved as soon as possible.

Sorry to hear about this.  Seems like someone has dropped the ball. I'm not sure if these are on back order or something and they aren't telling you but having already placed your order, one would think that support would be able to help escalate and get your device out to you asap.
