Dispute From ATM

I went to my ATM machine in Berlin Connecticut on Farmington Avenue at 3am on Fri morning - August 2.

I put my Square card in, And needed to Withdrawal $205.00. Right as My Square card was about to come back out, And then the money, both the Square card and the money got stuck in the ATM machine!!  I did not get my Square card back or the $205 !!  The worst part is that, Just as I thought, Because it was so close to coming out, Before both got Jammed in the machine, It shows that I got paid!!!! I had $205 taken out of my Square, And Was never given a penny!!   
I need to Dispute this !!!!

I called the ATM Phone number that was on the ATM machine, And they said to go to the bank in the morning in the bank will reimburse me the money!!!! 
I went inside the bank in the morning, And just as I thought, The bank did not give me a penny!!!! The bank Said that they are not part of the ATM machine!!!!!

The ATM machine blamed the bank, The bank said they have nothing to do with the ATM machine, They said I had to call my Square And dispute this!!!

I Have never had an issue like this , As you can see. I have been using Square for many years!!  I need the $205 put back on my Square account ASAP please
And can you please dispute this? 
I am sure that I was on camera, Which is good!!!! Because I Was so angry,,,, I’m so sad !!! I need that money put back on my Square card now if possible?

Sorry to hear about that mess of a problem with the ATM Machine.  So you didn't get your money, and I'm assuming that you still didn't get your card back either since both were jammed up?  Is that ATM still in service?  Who is the owner of the ATM, is it the bank or a 3rd party ATM?  I really don't think that this is a Square problem, but more of an ATM/Bank issue since the ATM  seemed to have malfunctioned.  

I would call the number on the ATM machine again, and let them know that your card is still in the machine.  This is 100% an issue and malfunction with the ATM .  There should definitely be some type of footage recorded for that,, and service tech should be at that ATM to get your Square card back, service the Machine and get your money to you.
