Suddenly, team members cannot clock in at the terminal or on the app using their designated passcode. Settings have not been changed and passcodes have not been changed. Manager has had to clock them in each day. How can we resolve this?

Right now, our engineers are aware that there are some sellers who are experiencing this same issue. They are working diligently to get back to where employees can clock in using their passcode.
I know this is super frustrating and can be time-consuming to have your manager clock them in.
Please let me know if this issue persists through the weekend.
