"sale attribution"

Currently run a barbershop where each person utilizes their individual PIN when checking out a client. Sometimes they check out their own client other times they will check out another barbers client to help out. We also have a front desk coordinator who is the primary source for checking clients out at the register. The problem is if the front desk coordinator is checking out a client the sale will be "attributed" her for commission purposes. And it sounds like the same thing will happen if the barber checks out someone else's client.  Do I have this correct? If so is there a work around?

At this time we are unable to override attributed sales once they have been completed @ButImreallynot.  I recommend you submit a Feature Request here. This will help our product team get visibility and track other Sellers with similar interest in your request. 

 

Important: When submitting a request, make sure to include the desired feature, and provide the details of how this feature will help your business succeed (how would you use it and what you expect from it).
