Who can I contact at Square re holding my funds?

I am beyond words right now. 2 weeks ago I get an email saying if I do not fill out a form on my dashboard in 5 days square will withhold my funds until I fill the form out.

This form is about selling the cbd products which we DO NOT sell. Somehow when our system was set up in 2020 there was a box checked which I was unaware of. 

So the form does not allow me to check off "Does Not Sell this Product". It only has the option to say whether the product is hemp or marjuana or both. It is none of those but the form doesn't have none of the above.

So I have called Square 3 times now each time I have been told that the issue will be resolved. Now square is withholding my funds. Illegally because I don't sell that stuff. It's not on my items its no where. I'm dying over here because they aren't sending me my money. I can't stay open like this. And to only accept cash didn't go over very well when square went down for the day. I lost customers.

Please help me find a human I can talk to in that department. I don't want to pay for an attorney but I will and if I have to I'll take my business elsewhere once I get the funds that are rightfully mine.

I would like to delete the above thread but not surprisingly there isn't an option. Don't know I can even edit the thread even though it has edit on the drop down menu but nothing happens.

Finally after all this and reaching out to them one more time after I posted this thread apparently this issue is resolved. We will see.
