I am a small coffee stand with one worker on shift. I have a question about tips and the amount that is being reported their Sales Report vs what is being reported on their Payroll (viewed through their Square App. For example, Employee ran her sales report, and it shows $63.86 earned in tips. She then looks at her Payroll/Hours on the app and it says 'Transaction Tips' are $86.90. Why would those 2 amounts be different?

One thought is how the sales report was generated to include specific dates compared to the pay period dates. Be sure to make sure that you're comparing apples to apples in terms of the actual period of time of the sales report compared to the period of time for the pay period.
Also it depends on how you have tips set up to pool. You said that it is just the two of you. Do you also clock in and out? Or is she the only team member who clocks in and out?
Also tip calculations are constantly generating. So it could be that The amount of tips received during her clocked in hours were still calculating.
If you're comparing exact dates and time periods, And she is the only one that is ever clocked in, And when you run payroll, it doesn't seem like the amount is accurate, you may want to contact Square and review it with support to determine if there's something not calculating correctly.
