Team Member Can’t Login Anymore

Team Member all the sudden can’t login on his phone. Have tried redownloading and logging in and out. Says “we are having trouble loading this information”

Hey @FFH251. We need more specifics/details. Your team member can’t login to which apps — Team? One of the POS apps? Your online dashboard? Also, a screen shot of the error would be extremely helpful.
