Square Team app not loading time cards after closing payroll accoumt

Does anyone know how to fix the square team app not updating time cards? I recently closed my payroll account back in March however the app still isn’t updating time cards, it’s showing the time frame I last did pay roll but shifts says they should still show time cards regardless of doing payroll. Anyone have a solution?

The version of Timecards you're seeing in Team app is specific to Payroll, and that is why you're seeing the issue related to the last pay run.

 

@JasonSQPM and @lissy are kicking off a beta though for a general timecards experience in Team app that is not tied to Payroll: https://www.sellercommunity.com/t5/Manager-Timecards-in-Team-App/Welcome-to-the-new-timecard-managem...

They could get you added to that, and that should solve the issues you're seeing with the dates. It won't _yet_ support _creating_ timecards in Team app, but that will be coming shortly as well.
