Our son is paid through our company whenever he appears in Social Media or marketing posts. Due to him being our son, he is also not required to pay Social Security or Medicare however Square keep debiting this from him and telling me 'it's their policy and the law doesn't matter'.
Anyone have any idea on how to get this resolved?

I would contact your accountant first. Your account at tax time may just have this as a Tax Refund amount for the Taxes he paid in. Different States and Different Payroll companies may handle this different ways and just have a blanket policy to collect these taxes. Then these will be shown on your sons W2 at the end of the year which your account should be able to file as an over payment so your son gets a refund. The accountant might also be able to tell you how to fill out the W4 for your sons deductions that can lesson the amounts of Taxes taken out of his pay. These are all legal issues that you would need to see peopl in your area for as tax laws are different in different states.
