Lots of problems with Square Team

I don't know when the Team app was updated but me and my 23 employees have just started using the new version. We are a seasonal business.  I am having multiple issues.  About half my staff cannot clock in even though every single person has the same permission set.  We have 5 different locations and when viewing the schedule just randomly it won't show where a person is scheduled at. Then all of my new hires are having had a difficult time trying to put in their payroll information.  It keeps telling them "something went wrong".   We've tried updating software, deleting the app and reinstalling, updating the app.  I'm terribly frustrated. HELP

Hi @holysmokeslex - thanks for surfacing this.  A few questions to help us better investigate:

Can you provide a bit more detail on what your team members are seeing when trying to clock-in?  Additionally, are you seeing the issues on iOS or Android or across both platforms?

When you are having issues viewing the schedule, is this on the Team App for your team members or are you seeing this problem on your desktop dashboard?

From what I know they are using iPhone. & the clock in button is greyed out.  None of them are viewing from a desktop.  All of the issues are coming from the App.

@holysmokeslex To start can you have all team members experiencing the issue logout and log back in?  This may help reset some information regarding their access.
