Is anyone else having problems with payroll?

This is the second pay period in a row where square has not sent our payroll through due to "insufficient funds" when there are clearly enough funds in the account. I've been in touch with customer service 3 times and haven't gotten any answers about how to fix it. Is anyone else having this same problem or does anyone know of a solution?
