How do I remove our old manager from the log in? We have a new manager now

How do I remove our old manager's name from showing up everytime we log in on Square? we have a new manager now and I don't see where I can make a change?  Thanks!

On a computer go to your Squaredashboard>Staff and Payroll> Team Members    https://app.squareup.com/dashboard/team/team-members (Link to page) 

Here you can add team member and change Log in pins by selecting either the team members name or add Team member.

Hi @janene2024 

 

Login at squareup.com with an administrator user.  

If you are using Teams then on the dashboard you can click on the Team option from the menu and change this user information or deactivate this user and add a different user. 

If you are not using Teams and this user is the only user for the account, you can simply go to the Settings -> Account & Settings option in the menu.  Then under sign in and security, you can change the email address and password if desired.  Then under Business Information -> About My Business, there is information about the business name. If that's what you're looking to change you can change the business name there. But if you're looking to change the business owner name, you may also find that under Business Information -> Personal Security and then scroll to Authorized Representatives.
