Hi! Do you know if Square charged for every payroll run?
I know there is a monthly fee, but if I were to switch from paying staff monthly to weekly, would it be more expensive?
Thanks!

@Bronze_PalmsSquare only pulls payroll fees once a month: the $35 overall charge and then $6 per employee paid in that last month. So if you pay Emp A twice and Emp B once, you'll only be charged $12.

Thank you so much! Glad to hear there are not additional processing fees. I moved my business over to weekly payments. I let staff know we are trying that for 6 weeks to see if it works better than the every other week cadence we have. Fingers crossed!

hope it all works out for you. Employees will definitely like weekly instead of waiting.

Nope, as Ryan said it is based on a monthly fee and then an employee fee, not based around payroll runs.
