Does Square for Retail free plan include time tracking for three team members?

[The title of this thread has been edited from the original: Time tracking for 3 team members - free????]

 

I have 3 active team members & when I try to bring up time tracking workday it keeps sending me to a page to subscribe to the shifts plus plan (which I don't want).
I thought that the free plan covered time tracking for up to 5 team members

Hi Sayaaconcession,

 

I believe you're correct - Shifts Free offers basic features and is free for up to five team members, including the account owner.   Unfortunately, you may have to contact Customer Support with your question as the volunteer Community Members cannot look at user account setups - maybe there's something else triggering the system sending you to the other page.  Assuming you signed up for the Free version, not sure why that's happening.

I know when I tried Square for Retail the Free version it made me sign up for the Paid version which was free for the First month.  Then near the end of the Free trial of the Paid version I had to cancel my paid subscription before I would be charged.  I called support and they walked me through how to unsubscribe from the Paid version to have Square for Retail Free.  I agree it is a little confusing, and you may want to verify this with customer support.  Their number is in my signature line.

It does sound like a free trial may have expired, and the support team can definitely assist with removing the service, and providing any applicable refund if needed.
