Anybody else
I got a message today at 4:07 PM from Square Team (Ashley) and 30 minutes later I replied back to her and I got a message that is been over 2 weeks since square heard from me and case is closed. It was not even an hour. I just want to see if other having problems getting messages at all or late. If square need screen shots so Tech can check it then let me know. I was hoping my message to Ashley goes through but it got error and returned back.

Thank you for letting us know about the delay you are seeing with our Square replies. Are these messages via the Seller Community or via the Square MSM messaging system? You can see here that we have been encountering an outage with our Square Messages, not sure if this is related, but it sounds like it may be. Please let us know if you need assistance with anything else.

It was via Email. I got a message and replied few minutes later and it told me that is been two weeks and that you have not hear from me and the case is closed. And it gave me error.
