An employee was unable to access the "On Demand" option to receive payment

My problem today:

An employee could not access the "On Demand" option to receive payment.

 

 

My informative feedback was through an over-the-phone representative: 

"If an employee has had Pay Periods consecutively ran as Manual Check OR if the employee's chosen payment method is Manual Check then the "On Demand" option would not appear available.

The employee must be on Direct Deposit for at least 3 consecutive consistent Pay Periods before being eligible for "On Demand" Payments and before that option was able to be visible on their personal square portal.
